Refund of MMU2s

Hello,

I'm completly fed up with this shit.

I spent one year to try to make this work.

I printed I don't know how much mods to make it reliable, like MANY people on this forum.

And you know what? I never managed to have a multi material print finished.

Changing tool make it fail before end, each time.

I tie this, untie that, put unicorn ptfe there... Nothing...

I can barely use it to print in MMu2s Single, but not more than 3 or 4 prints, after that, "MMU2s need attention", and I'm fucked for many hours of tinkering...

I don't know if you imagine a company like Apple or Samsung selling a product which such a failure rate?! Class actions, class actions everywhere.

That's why today, I'm asking for a full refund, and if you don't want to pay the return shipping fee, I can produce a video with me smashing it with a hammer.

We deserve a full refund or at least, a free BETTER AND WORKING MMU.

I paid the money, you took the money, and I never received what was promised. Instead I received an alpha product that barely works, when it wants.

Regards.

That's exactly what I'm doing, and Marek is telling me "keep our crap, your 60 days return window is closed".

OK. Are you just venting then, or do you have an expectation that someone here can do something to help you?

Both.

And I think ppl should ask for it too, and stop trying to make it work.

RE: Refund of MMU2s

I'm happy with mine and don't feel a need to ask for a refund.

As noted we are all community members, PR employees don't frequent (or at least, don't post) here apart from announcements, so I don't think you will have any luck getting your refund.

The only thing we can do for you is try to troubleshoot and help you get it working. But it sounds like you have no interest in that.

If you do, then we'll need more information. Provide details as to what you have tried, what is not working, and what steps you've taken to try to resolve them. List the mods you have tried and what ones are currently installed. Post pictures of your filament tips. Post pictures of failed prints.

the more detail, the better we can help narrow down the problem.

As for now, I'm giving it a last chance with a complete reprint, in 0.1, with this:

that I will put on-top of lack enclosure.

I always cut my tip as It should be, in spear

I wish you the best of luck getting it working, but it still sounds like you're going to try throwing parts at it without diagnosing and understanding the issue(s). That's a recipe for lost time and materials...

@valiran

Just sell your MMU2. As you can't buy it from the store right now and the demand is still there, you should be able to sell it pretty quick.

I agree - just sell it on eBay. Many people including myself have been using theirs for a long time with little or no issues.
