Bondtech Mosquito upgrade and LEAKS

I recently set up a Mosquito Magnum with Bondtech's upgrade package on my MK3S and I was really looking forward to seeing improvements, especially with higher temp prints.

However, I seem to be getting leaks -- burnt/brown bits and bumps on my prints. See the pics. This was printed in white ABS. I've yet to make any major tweaks in the slicer for the mosquito. Exactly the same thing happens with PLA and TPU.

I've swapped out the nozzle several times, cleaned out the innards of the hot end up to the heat break, made sure I fit new nozzles at good temp and torque, but to no avail.

By posting here, I'm probably just procrastinating taking the whole thing apart again to see what's up. Bondtech's Mosquito kit is NOT maintenance-friendly, it's a longish process to put on and take off.

But, before I bite that bullet, anyone have any ideas what's awry?

The location of the leak will reveal how to fix it.  If it leaking between the nozzle and heat block, check to make sure you are using an e3D compatible nozzle.  Also, make sure the nozzle is tightened with heating.
