Z calibration or extruder problem?

I have been struggling all week trying to get the live adjust Z calibration correct using the V2Calibration.gcode. I watched every video and read every post I can find to be sure the probe high set correctly. Done the paper (.12mm) test under nozzle in middle of bed, used CC (.74mm) to set probe height, etc.

When I run the V2Calibration.gcode, the intro extrusion does not look correct and no matter where I set the live adjust Z setting, the filament will not stick to the bed.

I am wondering if I have some type of problem with extrusion? I have access to another Prusa i3 mk2s (Assembled by Prusa) and the attached picture shows the difference in the two printers. The black is from a working printer, the silver is from the non-working printer.

I have run out of ideas.

Any help appreciated.

Bill

Also any help posting jpegs too. I try attachments but they do not show up on post.

Re: Z calibration or extruder problem?

Im gonna disagree this is an extruder problem. Looks like plenty of filament is being extruded, just WAY too high.

Re: Z calibration or extruder problem? Resolved

Factory reset, re-upload v3.0.12, factory reset. Recalibrated probe using metric set of feeler gauges and reran the steps from "Before you ask..." page, for the 20th time. Worked.

I think my problem on this was not doing the factory reset the first time I updated the firmware from v3.0.10.

Thanks for all the help.
