selftest x-axis fail

Hello,
I have just assembled my new mk3.
My current problem - among others - is, tha tthe selftest fails with a x-axis error.
I checked the movemement, it is free movable and the belt is 250 for the x-axis.
I have checked the pulley, it is thight and does not slip.
I tried it several times, it always fails.

Any idea, what the problem could be?

Have a nice day and thanks in advance.

Re: selftest x-axis fail

Have you checked the position of the zip ties on the extruder cable clamp? The position of those is critical as they can foul the full travel of the X axis.

I'm having the same problem in the initial set up. Adjusted my zip-ties as suggested above, but no luck.

Re: selftest x-axis fail

I had the x-axis fail issue and need to switch the GT2-16 pulley on the x-axis as I had it backwards. Teeth need to be closest to the motor.

Re: selftest x-axis fail

I had a recent x-axis fail because the cable from the PINDA was hitting the x-axis idler.
