Help Please

Hi. Hoping someone can give me some direction. I'm really having trouble with the initial calibration. No matter what I do it just will not stick all the way through the pattern. Raise it higher, nothing sticks, lower it and it clumps on the nozzle and just builds up.

Any help would be appreciated.
