Slic3r PE closes a hole but others don't

Hi

I have a STL for a MK3 Fan shroud but Slic3r PE closes the big hole. Is there a option that I have to select or deselect?

With Simplify3D everything is fine

Hello, I'm new to Prusa and see the same issue between Slic3r and Slic3r-PE using the same .stl file, is there any work around to fix this problem?
There are some holes missing in the preview!

Is it also filling the interior with sparse infill?

Can you link the STL? I've tried nozzle ducts before with Slic3r without issue.

Thx for your fast reply and your help, the .stl file is Scheibe1.stl.
Yes, it also fill the interior with sparse infill.
Here is a screen using PrusaControl, it shows the holes like other apps too:
