Y axis Layer shifting
Hello,
I am having some issues with my MK3S and some shifting on the y axis. Attached are some photos demonstrating it. The x-axis is fine.
I have tried tightening the belts and making sure assembly wise the y axis is okay. Also I have the firmware completely up to date. If you have any ideas what else it could be I would be very appreciative.

it seems to move between two extremes rather than random progression...
are the Grub screws in the correct places on the X and Y motor spindles/ toothed wheels
