What's the real maximum printing volume?
I believe the theoretical maximum dimensions that you can print in one piece with a Prusa MK3S are 250x200x200 (mm), however, I have sliced a mug tree for my wife and PrusaSlicer lets me go up to 206.06mm in the Z axis which would be 6.06mm over the limit.
Shall I re-scale the piece to ensure the maximum Z dimension is 200mm?

The mk3 is 250x210x210 print volume which is why slicer is letting you slice it.

One caveat: Be sure you haven't added lights or other goodies near the top where your extruder rarely travels. I had put a handy clip-on light at the top of my Mk3 way back when and was surprised when the extruder ran into the bracket at maximum Z height.
