What is causing this weird filament tip?

After finishing a 6-8 hours print, the MMU2S automatically unloads the filament with the tip shown in the picture below (problem is reproducible).

This is causing the filament to jam when I start the next print.

The PTFE tube and nozzle are new. What could be the cause of this necked filament tip? I am thinking about replacing the heat break.

Watching this post because I'm having a similar issue.

I am beginning to look at my new filament as the culprit but hoping the smarter people in this forum can chime in.

Actually, the problem started after I used a new silk silver filament that turned out to be a nightmare able to clog new nozzles even at 225 degrees.

So, 4 days of trying to get this print to work with my new filament, but no luck. Switched to some older filament that I had left and VOILA!!!!

@epicspacemodels I am sure now that it is this filament. I'm going to try to use it for solid color prints but not for my Palette as it is too unpredictable. I will continue to monitor this chat.....just in case.
