How do I get supports in an inside cavity at the bottom of a print.

First I want to thank Swiss_Cheese for the object modifications he made to my part. I had no end of trouble trying to print this  part in ABS. His changes got the shape correct where before the print was slumping.  I made a change to the attached part to add a 0.125 deep cylinder cut out on the bottom. The plan is to glue an engraved 0.125 wooden disk of the correct diameter in the recess. My problem is how to get supports generated that can easily be removed. I tried changing the Print Settings -> Support Material > Enforce for the first: __. In the picture with the two parts shown, the lower one had the setting = 0 and the upper one had it set to 21 layers. That was based on a layer height of 0.15 mm and the depth of my cutout of 0.125 (3.175  mm). For the outside profile, the part with Enforce for the first: =0 did a lot better in that it was smoother and had the right profile. Neither setting changed the mess that was printed in the recess. I attached a screen shot from Fusion 360 showing how the part should look. The .3mf file is attached. As a note, Swiss_Cheese said to reply no to Detect Bridging Perimeters when opening the file. I'm guessing if yes is selected it will undo the object modifications he added to the part.

What I'd like to see is the same sort of thin supports that are added to the outside of a part printed in the recess that can be removed by hand. How do I get supports generated from layer 0 up to the top of the recess?
