Have you tried the
'Life Adjust 'Z' My Way'
process
and are you using 7x7 mesh bed levelling, available on the LCD Display
it tests 49 points on the build plate instead of the normal 9 points...

excellent news...
however If you find the bottom layer of supports is now difficult to remove completely, you could consider adding a raft to tie the supports together and make them easier to get off the build plate...

i am since one week into 3D printing, and i have no idea what a raft is or wehere i can make one. 🙂
I have to look that up somewhere.
I am using the auto support "everywhere"

A raft is in the setting for PrusaSlicer.

Fine first-layer supports as shown in the 1st post should be no problem on the smooth PEI sheet washed only with Dawn dish soap and no alcohol. By all means, try isopropyl alcohol. Don't just use a dampened cloth. Pour on a good squirt and give it a wipe. But if you still have adhesion problems, nothing beats a wash under the sink with plain dish soap.

yes i think so too, need to find out more about support settings, maybe the new slicer will help 🙂
