Gap in perimeter

Hi,

I struggle trying to print a very easy part. This is basically a box with only one perimeter, and a wall splitting the box into two cases.

I use 0.6mm nozzle, and the model walls are all 0.6mm wide.

On all 4 corners of this internal wall, the perimeters do not merge, and there is a gap (see below).

What I tried to do :

  • Update Slic3r to 2.6.1 and printer firmware to 3.13.2 (MMU to 3.0.1) - I don't use MMU2S for this print (set to MK3S+ / MMU2S Single)
  • Change the seam position (from "aligned" to "random")
  • Change the width of the internal wall (from 0.6 to 1.2mm). Anyway, the wall prints fine (1 or 2 perimeters), but the external perimeters do not join.
  • Import two boxes (without internal wall), and merge them side to side with Prusa Slic3r.

When I look at the gcode output through Prusa Slic3r, I don't see anything strange.

Would you have any clue/strategy to print such a piece?

Thanks a lot!

(I tried to attach the .m3f and .stl files on this topic but it does not work (format not supported).)

RE: Gap in perimeter

To attach the .3mf file you need to zip it...

Thanks.

Here it is: .3mf files

(2 files : one with a single part, and the other one with the two merged boxes, none of them work fine).
