Filament not advancing

So I have a MK3S+ built from kit. I was able to print a few small items, but I'm having issues now. I removed the filament at one point to move the printer, and I've refed it, but it doesn't seem to be advancing through the extruder. I can see the gears turning through the viewer on the side, but I've put a small mark with a permanent marker on the filament just above the feed point on top, and the filament doesn't seem to be getting pulled into the extruder assembly. I tried applying some downward force to see if it just wasn't fed all the way, no help. I tried removing the filament, cutting a new sharp edge on it, and refeeding; no help. Wondering if there's any other common fixes I can try... preferably without having to take the extruder assembly apart though I realize that's a possibility.

Open the idler and watch as you feed in the filament manually.

How far does it get?  Is everything lined up?  Is there a fragment or blob blocking the top of the PTFE tube?

Cheerio,

I turned off the autoload, unloaded, recut, loaded again, and it seems to be working now. Looks like the autoload may have been the culprit, but the end was blunted when I pulled it out. Maybe I cut it at too sharp of an angle?
