Attack of the (small sized) blob !?
I had a failure printing yoga mat holders on my MK3S+. Using PETG (oveture brand). See photo.
Strangely, the inside of the infill was also filled with little bits of plastic as well. When I shake it, it rattles. When I flip it over, bits of plastic come out.
I've not seen anything like this before. Usually, when I have a failure, it is on the first layer or due to lift. The first layer and lift are fine here. Photo of the blob:
My filament is dry (stored in bag with desicant, and using a sunlu s2 dryer while printing). My nozzle isn't loose or too tight (tightened with a torque wrench to spec). Bed is flat (Nylock mod).

Any ideas about what went wrong or how to fix it? This is a lot of filament just to queue the print up again and hope for the best.

I'd try to dry it for at least 6 hours in the dry box before printing. Also, you can try test prints of a smaller section of the model, eg the cut function in prusaslicer to cut out a small part of the honeycomb section.

While it's hard to know the exact time of the failure, this was a 10-hour print and it seems to have started failing about 6 hours into it. The dryer box was on the whole time. Though it's never a bad idea to dry more. What temp do you use for PETG? This was at 60 C.

The "honeycomb" in the photo is infill. When I saw the failure, I stopped the print. The model is really simple https://www.printables.com/model/63700-yoga-mat-holder-support-with-screws. There is a small bridge for the screw hole, but I've printed way worse before.
