X layer shift, 7 consecutive failures
Hello
I have a x layer shift, maybe Y layer shift also, is hard to say about Y.
I use Prusa I3 MK3S with the latest firmware.
I tried to print these 2 objects with 15% infill, PLA and PETG(all failed with x layer shift):

I don't think it is a hardware problem that I can fix, please take a look at the movie and say what do you think. Problem appears in the first 5 seconds and continues.
The printer simply goes right for no apparent reason.
I already read this article and I don't think it applies to what heappens here.
Thank you.

his problem is the object is printing in air because it's oriented in an unprintable orientation and he has supports turned off
RE: X layer shift, 7 consecutive failures
you are printing in the wrong orientation and without supports, you need to rotate it sideways and turn on supports
RE: X layer shift, 7 consecutive failures
That's a common issue when printing from a USB device that is unable to keep communications with the printer.
Try printing with the USB completely disconnected, and print the file from the SD card.

You are right, I should of enabled supports for this object.
Thank you.

Make sure you check Z separation on supports. PrusaSlicer defaults to Soluble (.1mm). Set it to Removeable (.2mm). (I changed my defaults)
Otherwise - that thing will be a bear to clean up.
