Do I need a new heatbed? (valleys between screw-points)

Hi Prusa Forum,

I guess I already know the answer, but since it's 100€, I'd like to confirm my thoughts.
After not getting good results with just the bed level correction, I used the "Silicone Tube Mod" to level the bed mechanically.

All corners and the center are great, but the nozzle is too far away between the screws.
When printing something like this (and confirming it with a steel ruler + mini-flashlight), the "L" and "R" show the nozzle being too far away.

It sticks well enough, so I'm able to print fine, but I have some projects, that would require a flat sheet to look great with the textured sheet or carbon/diamond/etc. sheets.

Are there any mods or ways to flatten the heatbed?
Like taking it apart, putting it on a glass sheet with a pavement block and putting it in the oven for a few hours? 🤣

Or are there "no-name" heatbeds that aren't a fire hazard?
Like buying E3D nozzles directly, instead of in the Prusa-Shop.

Thanks in advance!
Rasmus
