What is causing filament not being able to unload automatically?
Hi, for the past few days, it has happened several times that when I chose to unload a filament, it could not leave the extruder automatically. I had to use a lot of force to pull it out. Opening the idler door did not help. What are the possible causes?

There are multiple, but it could be that you have a blob at the end that is larger than the 1.75mm heatbreak. If there is gap between the nozzle and heatbreak, it can creat a gap for filament to seep and that expansion will prevent unloading.
