unable to factory reset

Started the 3.9.3 firmware upgrade and it never completed, it stayed in the "Updating Firmware *" state for over 30 minutes.  I was not able to factory reset my prusa.  attempted to power off/on.

Now the printer is frozen on bootup and still not able to factory reset. is there an another way to reset back to factory settings?
