Non-uniform first layer
I got the Prusa I3 MK3S kit about two weeks ago. I printed some small objects with it, and, compared to other printers I've used, the quality they turned out with is astonishing.
However, now that I tried printing a larger object, I noticed an area where the bed is slightly closer to the nozzle.
Things I've tried:
- Run the xyz calibration
- Set the mesh bed leveling to a 7x7 grid
- Flip the smooth PEI sheet on the other side
Unfortunately none of these worked and it still has that bump there, I also cleaned the sheet very well and inspected it for any visible warp/deformity.
What could be causing this and, most importantly, how can it be fixed?

If you put a straight edge against the top of the heatbed where the bump is, does the bump hold the straight edge up from the sides of the heatbed?
Does the bump co inside with one of the screw mounting positions?
If so, is there anything causing the bed to be higher than expected at that point? Maybe something above or below the spacer?

Yes, I did calibrate the distance to the print bed corectly, and I also did a similar test to that one. The problem is not that the first layer is too high or too low, it is simply inconsistent, there is an area that is closer to the nozzle than the rest of the bed
