New printer - jammed, can't unload. What next.
I have a new MKS3+ that I have only used a few times. The last print finished and I saw the top third or so of the model had not printed. The nozzle is apparently jammed. I tried starting a new print and nothing was extruded. I tried to unload the filament, but it makes a grinding noise and a beep. Then it says to "unload the filament immediately" but I can't pull it out. I tried increasing the temperature (it's PLA - I tried boosting to 230 degrees - it still won't come out). I have used this filament successfully before. What should I try next?

First and foremost, contact support via online chat after logging into the online store. They'll work through any problem with you.
It may be possible that your filament has jammed up in the extruder. Open the extruder door and give it a good inspection with a flashlight. If you see filament wrapped around or loose inside, that may be your problem. I've had to reach in with needle nose pliers and cut or pull out filament that got wrapped up inside. If the filament appears to be fed in properly, you can try heating the nozzle up, and with the extruder door still open, giving it a gentle pull -- don't twist the assembly -- from the top where the filament feeds in.
