here is my " hardware issues" .. please stop correcting me, i did absolutly nothing other than flashing 3.7.1 . . just because, i just started posting in here doesn´t mean that im new to 3d printing.
what you see on my pictures happned after i flashed 3.7.2. AND it was corrected again when i flashed 3.7.1
ANYWAY that is all from me, not gonna post again in here 🤔
That wasn't a software problem, you merely had to recalibrate after installing the new firmware, and that recalibration fixed your hardware problem - which was an incorrectly set Live--Z value.
Seriously -- you aren't helping here.

Thanks for all your advice!
I've done the following:
- Replaced the nozzle, heat break, heater block, and heatsink. I followed E3D V6 assembly guide and Prusa MK3S PTFE tube replacement guide. The heatsink came with a collect clip.
- Added thermal compound to the heat break.
- Added E3D Pro Sock to the nozzle.
- Checked PINDA by placing a metal sheet below it then lowering to Z=0 and checking 'sensor info'; PINDA = 1 in both cases.
- Adjusted PINDA by following Prusa preflight check.
- Washed bed thoroghly with water and detergent followed by IPA.
- Ran full calibration wizard, including first layer calibration.
- Ran life adjust Z - my way with PLA. Please see images below:
My guess is that -0.625 mm gives the best result. What do you think? Note that the number in brackets is the thickness measured with a digital caliper.
