MK3S+ Filament Sensor Troubles

So I recently had to replace my E-Axis Extruder Body since the PETG warped and melted around the PINDA sensor when printing some Polycarbonate and some Nylon GF/CF filaments. I replaced the entire extruder assembly minus a few parts and started re-routing wires after removing the previous owner's cable chains that were also warping and sagging, causing the cable bundle to drag on the Y axis sensor/cable bundle.

After reassembly, the magnet appears to be installed right (I push in filament, resistance, then the ball moves over. I remove filament, the ball snaps back) so I think it's good to go there. I restarted the printer and went to do a first layer calibration. The system kept asking "is the filament inserted yes or no" and no matter if I hit yes or no, it would return to that prompt until I reset the printer.

I dove into the menu (after double checking my cable) and found this:

Does this indicate a damaged sensor or backwards wiring or something else entirely? I am not 100% sure how to test this without a Multimeter.
