Failure to load with MMU2S to MK3S+ after firmware update

I am experiencing the failure to load.  I would occasionally see this on a color change when the printer is up to temp, but I could always load the first filament no issues.  I got tired of it reminding me to update the firmware, so I updated the firmware on the printer and the MMU2S.

Now I can not get it to load at all.

Filament sensor calibration has been done and re-done a ton of times.  I just tried it again, I move the chimney to the right until the sensor goes true, then barely move back to the left until it goes to false.  Then use the 1.5mm hex key and check it will go true with it inserted.  The bondtech gears are aligned, and the idler door screw head is flush with the left side of the body.  The assembly has been cleaned and that did not change anything.  It does this with a clean section of filament with the end bevel cut.  The idler door pivot screw is not too tight, the door can freely move.

I have tried turning the MMU2S to silent mode which did slow it down a bit.  It almost seems as the motion is not coordinated from the extruder head drive and the MMU2S and the MMU2S is pulling the filament back making the sensor go false during the check

If I have the MMU on silent mode does the printer need to be on silent mode also ?  I have not tried that.

I have noticed the extruder motor will go into a high speed reverse and grind the filament when it tries to back it up, when it goes through the filament load process it is doing it at +130mm (around there). and it seems like the MMU is not pulling back at the same rate the extruder head is trying to turbo unload.

Thank you in advance.
