MK3s built a few weeks ago - Printer fails mesh calibration

My printer is failing mesh calibration at point 43 quite often (Some problem encountered). It's always at that point. When it works, it seems to work consistently - but when it doesn't, it fails consistently. It may be coincidence, but it usually works if I have it calibrate just before attempting mesh bed leveling. My numbers look to be quite consistent though - I'm not seeing drift of any sort with each calibration cycle. From what I can tell, all of my numbers look good. I made it through 3/4's of a spool before having any problems at all. When it prints, everything looks absolutely perfect. I've attempted raising the small black covers on the Z axis motors a bit, tightening the X axis belt, and using the nylock mod to level the bed.

Printer info is:

3.7.0-2201
EINSy_10a
Apr 1, 2019

Y from min - Left: 11.53, Right: 11.48
Skew: 0.04 deg
0;0 offset X = -0.15, Y = 1.03
Belts X = 283, Y = 278
I tightened the X belt quite a bit (2 notches), but it didn't change my X number much (Was around 287 if I recall). I could tighten it more, but it's already a mid-tone guitar string... which seems about right, if not even a tad too tight.

G81 shows near +- 0.05 across the bed

Additionally, I can't figure out how to access the live chat for Prusa. I think my account may be out of sync - they came out with prusaprinters.org right after my printer was delivered, and I now seem to have two accounts (same e-mail on both, but different passwords bewteeen prusa3d and prusaprinters). I get no orange chat button showing on shop.prusa3d.com, but they do show my printer as "Shipped". Any help there would be much appreciated.

1. The belt tension numbers only change after you do a self-test. Ideal numbers are reported to be under 270, but I don't think belt tension is a problem here.

2. When I had failed calibrations, lowering the PINDA probe in the mount helped.

3. Contact them HERE. Hopefully that will work for you.

Thanks Vojtech. I'll try lowering the probe a tad and run back through the setup again (after my current print completes... in 5 hours). If that still doesn't do the trick, I'll go the support route. The page you pointed me to does in fact take me to their contact page.

Much appreciated!
