MK3 Not Reponding
Greetings,
Up until today I haven't had any issues with Pronterface or any other programs connecting and then executing the .gcode. Today i tried to print and I am getting no response from the MK3. It connects and I am able to reset via the software but it doesn't execute a single command i.e Home -x-y axis or anything. I tried factory reset of the printer and a complete uninstall of the software and then reinstalled. It seems to be having the same issue with Cura and Simplify 3D.
Any suggestions would be helpful. As it stands, i am dead in the water until i can get a usb SD card reader to put the files on it and try to print. Side note when i 'Print From SD Card' with any of the preloaded files it works.

It sounds like you've narrowed it down to the USB interface and drivers. Fixing that is likely to be very OS-specific. Can you provide more detail on what OS you're running Pronterface under?

Check to see if you've accidentally enabled RPi.
An hour with support (drivers, cables etc) got me nowhere. I tried to lower the z-axis through the menu, and voila! RPi Port enabled. Turned it off, and good to go.

Thanks for the quick response. Yes this morning it I was thinking it was usb cable but i thought how would it be able to reset the MK3 but not start the print.. I am running Windows 10...
