MINTEMP Error & Heater/Thermistor Error on Bed Selftest
Hi!
I have my MK3S for quite a while, but never got around to repairing it after I got an extruder blob and removed it. So it stood around unused for over a year.
Now I got some time again and tried, but despite already having exchanged both thermistors (hotend and heatbed) it still says there is a Heater / Thermistor Error and after a restart it shows the "MINTEMP" error (not mintemp bed).
The display consistently shows 0/0° ~21/0° as if it doesn't have any temp information at all except for the environment temp. At least I assume the second row first value is the env. temp.
I am a bit at a loss about what to do. As I said - I already replaced both thermistors. Any help/suggestions?

if you are a handy person, you could consider fabricating a test resistor, that you could connect to one of the thermistor inputs.
If you use a 100 K Ohm resistor, the display should show approximately 25C.

Thanks for the answer.
Not really a handy person, but I could give it a try.
What would that tell me though? I guess if it shows a temperature with resistance built in the board works correctly and the failure happens somewhere else and if not it's probably the board that's the problem. Is that right?

That is correct.
