Looking for specific help to tighten nozzle & clean up the hot end for a i3MK3S+ PRUSA printer
I keep getting links to other printers which don't really help at all.
I want to see how to avoid getting filament blobs on my print part way through the printing. If I have to dismantle something, I want to see the steps using my machine, not something else.

Insofar as this forum is a "user forum", I don't think you will have an answer directly from Prusa.
Looking at your picture (which is a bit small), you seems to have filament leaks around the heater block.
First of all, look closely to the hothend to see where the leak is coming from. This video could help you to be closer to the hotend. If the leaking is coming only from the nozzle side, heat up the hot end to something around 215°C, clean the nozzle with a piece of rag or cloth. Heat up the nozzle to 285°C, wait 1 min to be sure that all the parts have reached the temperature and tighten the nozzle (not to much, 3Nm is recommended by E3D). Verify that the hexagonal part of the nozzle doesn't touch the heater block. If it touch it, the best way is to dismantle the hotend and rebuild it following the E3D guide.
If the leaks are coming from the upper side of the heater block (it happened to me), dismantle the hotend , clean each part using a hot air gun and rebuild it following the E3D guide. Remember to always tighten or loosen the nozzle at 285°C.

Thanks for trying. It really doesn't address the issue at all as to the cause. I need to take some of the area apart and clean it and would like it if someone at PRUSA would take time to help with a link to my specific printer, i3 MK3S+. From what I see on chat lines and other forums, PRUSA has a bit of trouble with this so it would be nice to have a specific breakdown on how to fix it as stated in my post subject.

I would suggest starting at the beginning.
Make sure your first layer is adjusted correctly.
Post some photos please of first layer after adjusted

The calibration on the printer was fine. Print went very well until the blob dropped. It is a problem with the nozzle/hotend and it's most likely loose. I was just hoping PRUSA had taken a few moments to address this problem with this specific printer. They have old links to try to address it but they use other printer models that have different parts and configurations.

I guess this is what you are looking for: inside you'll find
1) the link to the complete E3Ds assembly manual of the V6 hotend (provided by E3D)
2) the link to the guide to extract the hotend follow this simple guide for MK3S/MK2,5S/MMU2S, and for MK3/MK2.5.
Even if there is no written "+", the hotend itself it's always an E3D V6

As you were rather vague with your question, I thought it best to start with the first layer as low Z could cause blobs accumulating on the nozzle. Your print has other issues and it was not made clear if they were related.
I just remembered you opened another thread regarding assembly issues with the hotend/extruder. Are you sure everything was assembled correctly during the build.
Could well be a leaking nozzle as loak described, but this should be easy to see happening.
