Double check heatbed ground wire issue and confirming correct part

I started running into issues with my heatbed recently. For a while I would seem to get random thermal heat runaway issues maybe every 30 prints or soe which were really weird because nothing seemed to be overheating. Today when I went to troubleshoot the printer I got a "bed preheat error".

I noticed that the bed LED would flicker as the bed moved back and forth on the Y axis during printing, so today when I was troubleshooting I set the bed heat to 20 degrees (just to get the bed heating) and tried manually flexing the cables going to the bed and confirmed the light flickered with movement towards the bed end of the cables (this is also when I got the bed preheat error).

It seems like a break in the cable, specifically the ground wire. I shot a quick video of my multimeter tests so I could get a second eye on it before ordering the replacement part. If anyone could take a look and double check my theory I'd appreciate it.

I have a prusa i3 MK3 that I upgraded to the MK3S. My bed is one that has the cables soldered to the bed, so to replace the cables I'd need to replace the entire bed. If the ground wire is indeed the issue, it seems like I need to order this part "Magnetic heatbed MK52 24V (assembly)" right?

Thanks in advance for the second opinions. I'm pretty confident in both questions, but considering it's ~$100 I wanted to get some double checks 🙂
