Mesh bed leveling can compensate for most deviations, but there's still a range of values that work. Be sure you've got 7x7 mesh bed leveling enabled as it tests at more points. The trick is to find a setting that works in those edge cases. In your case, I'd lower (make more negative) Live-Z by between 0.04 and 0.06mm and see if everything evens up.

You can also look at the bed level correction (see https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/bed-level-correction_2267 ) when you see difference between front / rear or left / right.

From my point of view, 7x7 grid is definitely not usable, unless you Probe with 45°C-50°C PINDA temp. SuperPINDA is supposed to fix this, but I'm not so sure about this lately.

Nylock mod doesn't improve things btw, as PINDA measures also the adjusted bed incorrectly and values drift off. This mod only helps flattening the bed, so the bottom of your parts come out flat and even. As you say, PINDA should actually compensate for anything bed related, but reality looks different

Thanks for your very informative article, which unfortunately, gives me the thought that the Superpinda isn’t the improvement I have hoped for. 
My MK3S+ has a bed measure inaccuracy on 0,8mm from side to side with normal bed setup, which is not enough for bed leveling to handle, even after bed level correction....

The best I could do was to do the Nylock mode, and after that the bed measure inaccuracy is 0,02mm from side to side and front/back...

Now I can print first layer without the problems shown on my first picture....

But....I’m still in doubt that the fantastic Bed Leveling System in my Prusa is working as it should do....
