That last print has Z-offset much too low. If the nozzle is touching the bed there can't be extrusion, and that's what is happening there.

Did you ever fix this issue?  I'm having basically the same issue, that the printer will ooze out a LOT, and I suspect is the cause of my horrendous stringing:

i didn't read where anyone had suggested to check the hot end cooling fan. if it's off or half speed your printer will ooze like there's no tomorrow. if the fan set @ 100% is it running @ 100%? On thermistors in this application generally are of the ptc verity, temp goes up resistance goes up.  A loose wire would indicate as a higher temp  so hot end would be not so hot... cold even....

the symptoms fit with the hot end not being sufficiently cooled.

OMG -- Robert you are a lifesaver!

I have been struggling with this with two different printers (unfortunately they're not Prusas) for more than a week now and the situation for me was the same - they were printers that have been sitting idle for months. In both cases, for me, the hot end fans were literally "stuck" and not running at all and I never noticed. When I took the covers off of the printheads and checked, I just needed to use a little canned air and spray them to get the dust and grime out. This also gave them a good spin as well which seemed to wake them up.

Now my prints are back to perfect and I thank you for the suggestion on this thread, it fixed things for me!

In my case, with exception of PETG, I only get that kind of oozing with wet filament.   I live in the Seattle area, and the RH in my house was 57% (at 62F) this morning.  If I leave flammant, even PLA in the open for more that a couple days I get oozing and other annoying phenomena.

As others will say, this problem in not universal for everyone.  It really depends on your local weather conditions.
