Anyone know of repair places in the UK?

I recently built an i3 MK3S+,

It all seemed to be going well, but now I've reached a dead end, and am looking for somewhere in the UK to send it to, so it can be fixed, and I can get on a start printing.

the issues are.

I couldn't get the first layer calibration to print out correctly, it didn't stick, and formed blobs on the hot end.

I have been fine tuning it using the live Z, and thought that it was getting sorted, then it started printing in a 1 cm square.

I tried to trouble shoot it, and checked everything but couldn't see any issues.

I then ran the self test which it failed and is saying that the X axis is off.

I've looked over it and nothing is touching the frame or blocking the stepper etc.

I've looked online, and in the manual, I've emailed Prusa.

I am now out of ideas, and am looking for somewhere that can take it, and fix it.

So can anyone give recommendations in the UK as to where I can send it to be repaired?

cheers

Yes, Chris.

if you were able to build it - you are good enough to fix it!

I had the same trouble.

Calibration passed but nothing worked. Nothing stuck. I was going mad.

So I called Support via their on-line chat. That did it. Persevere.

Its all to do with temperatures and distances! they will help i am sure.

I should add, i am no expert - not by a long way, but I have a good idea on how to make things stick.

Dont bother going mad trying to clean the bed, whilst its important its not the thing to focus on, its the temperature and z - assuming calibration has passed.

If calibration has not passed dont try to get it to print, something else is wrong.
