Uneven first layer

Hi all,

I've never managed to perfectly assemble my prusa MK3s+ and I'm not entirely sure why it is. I reduced the belt tension, upgraded the firmware and did a test print after the first layer ht calibration. I end up with uneven first layer as I show in the pic. On large prints this causes delamination problem and warping. Any idea how to fix this ?

RE: Uneven first layer

I ran the bed levelling mesh visualizer and i think it tells us what the problem is, there seems to be a significant Z variation over the area of the bed. There is a proposed solution using Nyloc nuts shown here, that is worth a try I suppose, I will do this when time permits, and update results here.
