Problem with self test: heater/thermistor not connected?
Hello,
I got a problem with the selftest. Already checked the connections 3 times and did the test 4 times.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Yikes. From your pict there are multiple problems.
Of course the critical filament sensor jack is obscured by the ribbon connectors in your pict, but I don't see your extruder thermistor plugged in. It is the one with yellow/green shrink wrap.
Check your filament sensor plug. It looks reversed left/right. From left to right I should see white, black, red. In your pict, white appears to be on right.
I also think your power panic is plugged into the heater thermistor jack.
Connections should be as below
