Bondtech pulley problem

Hello guys,

I have a problem as shown on video:

https://www.facebook.com/1771168301/videos/10206752267523232

It looks that "Bondtech pulley" is turning in right direction, and then there is some kind of interference and it goes back a little... it of course have input on prints. I was adviced to try "could pull" method and I did it 3 times, but problem still ocurs.

When printer is working slowly there is no problem, but when it is going faster it's very often (like you can see in video)

My firewall blocks any and all contact with anything Facebook.  Plus, photos posted offsite are lost and the thread becomes useless even if a fix is found when you decide to move it off your external account.  Posting photos on the forum is the best way for others to see them.

I am sorry tim, but I think that photos can't help here to show the problem.

I just uploaded it to youtube, so you should be able to access it now:

RE: Bondtech pulley problem

Too hard t see anything useful in the video.  I can't even tell if there is filament loaded.

Common extruder skipping is too little idler tension, plugged nozzle (cold pull required), Bondtech gear not installed correctly, Bondtech idler gear axle not installed correctly (axle is loose on on end and doesn't connect to both door tabs).

You haven't said if this is a new kit build, old store built, etc.  So SWAG's are all that can be offered.
