Printing of prusa parts.
Hello.. recently I was given a i3 printer that the broken. The Xaxis belt had snapped and a piece of the hotend mount had snapped. I got the great idea to reprint all the plastic parts in the color PETG I wanted. Well I am having tolerance issues. For example the linear bearings won’t fit in the X axis without a good amount of material is removed. The X axis tensioner piece wont fit inside the X axis. I am printing on recommended setting of 20% heat 230/70 on another Prusa.
RE: Printing of prusa parts.
You don't say which version of the I3 you have, but since you're in a MK3 chat, have you tried presliced Gcode?
