Hi, same problem almost two years after your post. Did you find the answer? I have changed everything except the motors and frame and it is driving me crazy. Tomorrow I will try the refresh, but with a new einsy and display board, I have my doubts. It is interesting that you had success using your PC.
Update: to connect the printer with usb to my computer works fine. i was able to print a lot of different moddels. The error , that the printer is stuck in a loop did not apperad here. I think its some hardware problem with the sd card reader or the eprom to store the gcode readed form the sd card.
I will try to change the Einsy board and check if this will eliminate the error.
