Printer dormant for 1 year, now can't get 1st layer right
Hi, I had a great run of prints a year ago, but since moving house the printed was dormant in the garage, uncovered. Setting it back up, I've cleaned it up, applied white lithium, the belts seem fine (low bass twang), but my Z seemed to be all over the place. Conducted recalibrations but I'm getting these blobs and poor cohesion on the bed. Havc added a photo of the hotend, the blue is the previous filament, so I'm wondering if I might have a partial clog perhaps? Does that call for 'cold pull' technique ? I also notice the 'dotting' of the filament if thats another symptom. z=-.1240 , if I push it to -1300 the filament basically disappears. any help really appreciated!

Give your print sheet a thorough clean...
And you may have jogged the printer during the move, so: Run an XYZ calibration to make sure it's still square.
Then recalibrate your first layer 'Z' offset. In your pictures it is too low, too much squish.
Cheerio,
