Bed Level Correction Test Print

Looking for some second opinions on this. First, does the z calibration look correct?

Second, I see a weird gap in the perimeter mainly in the middle 3 squares at the top of the box. It was even worse on the first few tries I did of this when I used the gcode instead of slicing it myself again with the latest prusa slicer version.

Just trying to get this up and running again after it has been sitting unused for over a year. I just cleaned and lubed all rods and re-ran the setup wizard last night and this is the first print I'm trying.

Does it look too high or low?

Leveled again and it seems better overall, I was too low I think, but I still have this weird shift on only the middle squares. So confusing

Using fillamentum black extrafill PLA

After trying to print some cubes I saw that I had a bad Y axis layer shift for a chunk of like 10 layers. Turns out the grub screws were either not tight or it was not on the flat part properly. After fixing that it seems to be fixed. Will wait to say it's resolved until I do a cube though
