My prints are all garbled. Seems like a heating or calibration issue, but have reran diagnostics successfully

Got my new mk3. I managed to successfully print from SD card out of box. Went great. Powered down and did a firmware update from my PC. Now it just prints and does not adhere to the surface plate. The fans all work, selftest checks out, calibration has been redone and latest firmware checks out. All seems in order, except the prints. I have attached a video of the prusa logo test. Hopefully missing something obvious but curious what that is?

I think that print is a perfect example of "calibration did not get completed correctly". Calibration has three stages now - first is rough "get the pinda sensor close enough for moving foward", the second is "run a calibration" where it moves the head around and does a bunch of x y and Z moves. That gets it close enough to try the third step - adjusting your starting Z.
This third step may need to be repeated if you ...
reflash and have to do a factory reset (forgets the previous sheet specific settings)
change to a different steel sheet (profiles are for this)
Change filament brands
Change filament color
See round strands like your picture.
You need to get your intial Z correct by the time the first layer completes. On most prints that's plenty of time to figure out if your Z and your print are set up to work well. At the outset though, people think that running calibration is the end of things - but do follow the article that Joan posted very closely - when the extrusions are FLAT versus round as in your picture, you are getting close.
