Moire pattern in first layer calibration

While calibrating the Z-height for my first layer I have some Moire pattern action going on. Not sure how to proceeed at this point. Need help from more experienced folks. TIA.

It would appear that you are way too high.

have you seen the Life Adjust 'Z' My Way, process by Jeff Jordan?

https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/

that covers adjusting live Z on a Prusa Printer.

this image shows how small differences in Live Z make Big differences in quality...

the actual values shown are unique to MY Printer. yours will be different.
none of my examples are as far above the build plate as your printer appears to be.

I suggest you follow the Life Adjust Z process...

regards Joan

Thanks. I've lowered the z-height a lot more. Am I still too high?

FIXED IT!  Many sincere thanks to everyone. Especially Joan Tabb. My first layer now measures 0.2mm on my digital callipers.
