I can't dial in the calibration

I'm out of ideas. I've run the calibration wizard several times, done a nozzle clean (including partially disassembling the extruder head), and tried a variety of live Z offsets. I don't know what the issue is and I can't solve it. Things were printing fine earlier in the month, but I was trying to solve my calibration for articulated prints and now I can't even print the benchmarks that came with the printer.

Thanks for your input, I'll certainly try some of the stuff in there. I've been able to run the XYZ calibration without any paper snags, so I don't know if the PINDA sensor is currently the problem. I used the "sheet of paper and credit card" method to set its height after the zip tie method suggested in the build manual left the sensor too high.
