How to fix nozzle head

I've been struggling to get an even first print and I noticed that my nozzle head kept getting dirty and was uneven is there a way for me to fix it or do I need to try and get another one?

If the filament curls up and gets stuck on the nozzle, it is due to a too high Z level. Try lowering the nozzle a little so that your first layer is homogeneous and fine.
If this does not help, it may be because the bed is dirty (fat fingerprints). Then wash the plate with detergent and water.

I've tried both of these multiple times and I still fail to get an even print.

The correct Z-level is when the filament string is 0.2 mm thick, it is the same thickness as two office papers.

I am not sure what you mean by uneven. Can you explain?
