First print

I tried to set my first layer at .887. It printed the prusa sign good. Now it doesn't want to work. Now I'm at -1.035 nothing. I've gone to .600. I hope you can help

RE: First print

Photos of the first layer calibration are key for us to help.

RE: First print

First of all your bed is filthy, and needs a severe cleaning.  All those streaks need removing.  Hot hot water and a little basic dish detergent like Fairy/Dawn (unscented) to remove all traces of grease and oils.  Once clean dont touch the sheet surface, handle only by the edges to avoid finger oils transferring to the sheet.

Secondly your live Z adjust is still too high.  You need to go lower still (more negative).  Those back and forth lines should be square with the corners sticking down.  The first layer of the prusa badge can be used too, with you adjusting down while its printing until that first layer is a a single solid sheet with no gaps between them.  Use the techniques from this thread https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/ to get a perfect first layer.

Until you get those 2 things down you wont get good prints and you risk parts detaching and the possibility of a blob encasing your extruder.

Concur.  Bed is filthy and Live Z or Z offset is too high.  You need to make it more negative,
