Problems with ironing
Hi there,
my name is Martin, I'm new to this forum and need your expertise. I've already printed a lot with my Prusa I3MK3s and was satisfied but now I'm facing a problem with the ironing tool.
The problem is best described by the following images. The ironing function doesn't provide a smooth surface, there are lots of holes within.
Settings: Material: PLA, layer height: 0.2mm, nozzle temp.: 200°C, ironing speed: 15 mm/s; I already changed ironing settings in expert mode: flow rate up to 25%, distance between ironing lines down to 0.008mm. (Prusa Slicer2.4.0.)
In principle, the printer seems to be able to create a suitable surface, as some tiles have become as planned.
Please let me know, if there are any chances of improvment!
