First layer problems
The layer lines aren't touching the wall, I also don't know is my z is set too high.

It’s hard to tell with that translucent filament. When you peel it off do the lines separate when you try to pull them apart ? If so then it should go lower, it should be a sheet of plastic when removed.

Yes, the layer lines do separate when pulled.
