Filament left exposed to the air for many months will absorb moisture, perhaps swell and often micro-crack - this can result in jams of the sort you experienced.

and add blue filament the blue got stuck. How do I solve this?

You are going to have to cut out the blue filament.

The clog *might* be shiftable without disassembly, when the blue is out cut a clean end and attempt to load it - it will fail.  Mark the point it enters the extruder (sharpie) and unload it.  Offer the filament up against the outside of the extruder aligning the mark to see how far down the blockage is.

Then come back here with the information and we'll try to help further.

No, I just had it packaged up for awhile because I couldn't get it working.

Replace ptfe tube it's not as hard as it seems and while your doing that you can remove some of the blob photo also please

You may be able to get in there with side cutters, fine scissors or (don't laugh) nail clippers.  If not the tool of choice is a fine-tipped soldering iron with which you can carve away some of the mass or merely sever it at the top and pull it out from both sides.
