Z calibration issue
I’m new to 3d printing and recently obtained a used device, also first time post on this forum.
It was latest firmware. It was printing fine until a Z calibration issue occurred when starting new print. I then tried xyz and Z calibration menus with same result. Please see the recorded video for details

i think you need to hold paper so its smooth on the bed
