Filament dried 50c for 6 hours.

Default setting for PETG.

 

Almost acts like the filament slows or stops...

I have had a couple rolls of PETG do this.  Have you tired a different roll?

I'd try a different nozzle myself. I'll bet it's either clogged or damaged. Short of another nozzle, try some cleaning filament and a temp 5C above the hottest material you printed with.

FWIW - Recommendations for drying PETG are more like 65C from what I've found.
