Z-Axis seems too stretched

Hi, I am building my first Prusa, has been going well until the end of the Z-Axis chapter (4)

I have put some images to illustrate what I am seeing, but the top parts seem to be at a very stretched angle, it was really hard to get it screwed to the frame, and I am worried they are under too much stress as most images I see they run around 90 degrees from the frame, and in mine they are on a much bigger angle. Can someone take a look and advise if they are looking correct, or what the problem might be?

The images can be seen here https://imgur.com/a/YZ6XJ8e

Unless it is a weird camera angle, those top pieces do look malformed or bent  The back and outside edge should form a 90 degree angle (joined by a 45 degree).  You can see that parts at https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/57217-i3-mk3s-printable-parts/files (z-axis-top.stl).  I can't tell if the bottom of the z-axis is right from you pictures.  All 4 of those vertical rods should be straight up and down.  I wonder if you got the x-axis rods fully inserted or if you used the wrong rods someplace.

This side looks fine, but maybe on the other metal rods are not fully pushed in? That can cause gantry to be "too wide", and then stretch those parts?
