bumps
can anyone help me out and tell me how to correct this issue that happened after i upgraded to the new firmware.
I have adjusted retraction to 1mm, retract on layer change is enabled as well as wipe while retracting (slic3r PE).

normal. use the align seam option if you want to try and hide them better.
tuning your K value can also help.

Do you had checked if downgrading firmware will help?
Which version of the firmware do you have?

It is the layer change seam. It's normal. Check your model in Slic3r, it will also show their location so you can try to make them less prominent.
